Meet the Team

Nick Warren - Clinic Director (Chiropractor)
Nick first got exposed to chiropractic care at the age of 7 following an injury to his lower back, since then he has been regularly receiving chiropractic care keeping him able to pursue his many sporting endeavours. After experiencing and seeing the great benefit of regular chiropractic care can have on his and his families health and wellbeing he was inspired to train to become a chiropractor. Nick graduated from the Welsh Institute of Chiropractic in 2014 and came back to his home county of Norfolk.
Since graduating Nick’s appetite for learning has never ceased, each year completing many courses around the world learning from experts in a multitude of different fields. Nick has a passion for functional neurology and health optimisation which has led him to set up Kaizen Chiropractic.
In his spare time Nick loves nothing more than to be doing something active and outdoors but mainly focuses on triathlons and long distance hiking. Nick also enjoys travelling and experiencing new cultures. He has especially fallen in love with Japanese culture, food and drink (maybe a little too much with the sake!) which has been the inspiration for the clinic name.
Henry Hurst - Clinician (Physiotherapist)
Henry’s interest in physiotherapy began early on after seeing first-hand the positive impact treatment had on members of his family. This experience sparked a strong desire to pursue a career focused on helping others move better, feel stronger, and live with less pain. He went on to graduate with a first-class degree in Physiotherapy from the University of Suffolk in 2025 and is now a HCPC registered physiotherapist and a member of the Chartered Society of Physiotherapy (MCSP).
Driven by a passion for continual development, Henry has further expanded his skillset through additional training in sports massage, as well as osteopathic and chiropractic techniques. He takes a well-rounded, hands-on approach to treatment, combining these skills to tailor care to each individual and support both recovery and performance.
Outside of the clinic, Henry enjoys staying active through strength training and weightlifting, alongside getting out for walks in the countryside. He also has a strong passion for music and spends time playing the electric guitar.
